It all started in 2012 with a simple, yet focused, idea – Let’s put the shoppers' experience first.

The Shopper Agency was founded by Martin Fawcett in 2012.

We live and shop in the experience economy; we no longer look to buy just brands, services or products; we seek something more memorable and shareable. We seek experiences.

Attracting new shoppers, or keeping your existing ones engaged in today's ‘shop anytime’ culture takes us beyond price, convenience and place. 

Today, The Shopper Agency is a collaboration of experts in behaviour, strategy, brand and retail. A dynamic team of individual talent who together put the shoppers' experience first for some of the most shopped brands and retailers around the world.

To strengthen our international activities we secured investment and a new strategic partnership with one of the worlds most innovative shopper experience networks - Outform. Now, we can operate our leading shopper work not only from our established home in Leeds, but from London and Miami too.
