Research into 'onvillage' spend

Background:

Working with Center Parcs and our research partners, we developed a Qual & Quant research programme, speaking to visitors before and during their stay. We established decision-making journeys and ‘holiday mode’ mindset. We identified barriers at different stages, as well as testing current communications.To improve experience and revenue, we’re now working with the brand to tackle operational and marketing activity.
