Creating a concept store vision


To create a visionary concept store we were asked by Homebase to re-design the store from bottom up. We started by working with their category teams to define the individual category requirements, we then developed a new store layout planning adjacencies that would make it easier for shoppers to shop by project across multiple categories. Inspiration and engagement aimed to increase dwell time and make it a more rewarding shopping experience. A new communications style, along with ‘click and collect’ ideas and mobile and e-retail concepts were also developed.
