Flagship retail design for challenger cosmetics brand

Background:

As a challenger brand in the highly competitive teen cosmetics category, I Love Cosmetics needed our help to bring their scent focussed brand to life in retail. Starting with a detailed piece of segmentation to understand their shopper we then developed an authentic retail identity, shopper activation for Boots and Superdrug, and their own colourful flagship store concept. Our aim was to make I Love a destination for younger shoppers, with photo booths, comfortable hang-out zones and play tables for hands-on fun, education and inspiration.
