Since the launch of the PS4 in 2013 we’ve helped PlayStation attain no.1 position in games console category. Through a wide range of insight projects from pan-European research, mystery shopping and store audits we’ve developed a detailed understanding of the shopper, category and retail channels. We’ve applied this knowledge to multiple games and peripherals launches, digital services campaigns, and even developed concepts for an immersive demo unit for the legendary Gran Tourismo game.
