Understanding the awareness of 5G amongst consumers was key – over 40% were not aware of 5G or the benefits. The target market for both LG & 5G helped to define the ‘sense of urgency’ communications strategy.
Leading with the benefits of 5G technology, we created a multi-channel campaign focused on the future of mobile technology with an ‘urgency’ call to action. The shopper was immersed in powerful content when considering through social commerce, to a digital experience in-store.
