Philips wanted to create a contemporary retail experience that would captivate a global audience of travellers through international airports
The travel shoppers seek exclusivity and are prepared to shop at a higher price point. We applied our knowledge of the unique mind set of the travel retail shopper to uncover key shopper behaviours and motivations.
Working in partnership with the Philips global brand team we created a new contemporary design language. The new concept integrated a physical and digital experience for the shopper enabling Philips to present their brand and products with impact.
Applying the principles, we set as part of the Retail Brand Guidelines our concept for Changi Airport won the prestigious DFNA Award for innovation and shopper engagement.
